As Design Specification Agent you will be responsible for accurately specifying Groupe Lacasse products, as well as developing space plans for customer review. This role includes providing technical and creative support to sales representatives and distributors, often in a time-sensitive and competitive environment. You will also work closely with members of other internal departments such as Pricing, Production and Logistics as a reliable resource for project information. 

DUTIES ¦ RESPONSIBILITIES 

Project management.

Develop and generate design specification furniture layouts utilizing Autocad based specification software; Recommend options for improving the functionality and integrity of the project. Update Groupe Lacasse electronic libraries on specification software and report errors and pricing discrepancies to marketing team.

 Act as an interface between sales, customers & head office

Utilize price books to generate estimates & ensure correct pricing.

Respond to general inquires pertaining to products, price, design, etc

Any other duties as assigned by the Team Manager
