Applicants should have experience in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in furniture, Team Design software, 2020 drawings and integration skills are an added skill set that will be considered. A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills along with attention to details are a must.
Job tasks include : Issuing purchase orders to suppliers, Track/process and reconcile order acknowledgments, Facilitate communications amongst all involved parties regarding projects in process, Assist with work overflow and backup other project coordinators as needed, Respond timely to both customers needs and Sales Team requests for service and assistance, Keep and maintain job folders for accurate costing, Put together project packets for the installation / move teams in the field, File damage claims with the manufacturers.
