Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Focus on expanding our dealer community in key, strategic markets and develop sales leadership for undeveloped territories. The candidate will be required to sell the benefits of doing business with Open Plan Systems while continuing to improve the company’s dealer population.
