Successful, fast growing Canadian Lock Manufacturer is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Wesko Locks manufactures industry leading mechanical and electronic locking products with great customer references for consistent quality and on-time deliveries. Our electronic products support new shared-space workplaces and are growing rapidly. This growth is taking Wesko to new levels in production and product design. Wesko electronic locks are installed in major health care institutions, government agencies, banking, insurance and technology corporations across North America.
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic sales executive to develop new long-term customer relationships as well as build on our current relationships. Candidates should have previous sales experience in the office furniture industry.
Candidates must be energetic problem solvers with great customer service skills. Candidate must work independently and be self-motivated but be part of our management team.
In this position you will work with our management team to:
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Identify and develop new customers and sales channels
- Conduct sales meetings, prepare and give presentations
- Conduct pricing and margin analysis
- Lead trade shows and product launches
- North American travel as covid-19 restrictions ease
Base salary + bonus
Candidates must have:
- Knowledge of the office furniture industry
- Excellent oral & written presentation and communications skills
- Ability to negotiate and calculate project costs
- 5+ years sales or related experience
- College degree
- Computer skills, MS Office, proficient in XL
